The Treca Stores share the Treca brand's values, which are based on three main pillars: and the Resources Programme. Our bedding and sofa production is based in France, at five dedicated production sites, using the expertise of eight hundred employees. Committed to the environmental cause and looking to the future, Treca has created the Resources Programme, a CSR strategy formulating specific commitments to an ethical and mutually supportive future, environmental protection and a sustainable economy.

Treca joins the coq vert community!

Created by BPI France and ADEME (The French Agency for the Ecological Transition), the Coq Vert community is made up of more than 1,400 entrepreneurs who are committed to the climate and want to accelerate their environmental and energy transition. They include VSEs, SMEs and ETIs from all over the country, forming a network that encourages the sharing of expertise and collective inspiration.

Ecovadis

ECOVADIS is a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assessment service. The areas assessed by the EcoVadis solution are the environment, social and human rights, ethics and responsible purchasing. After completing the EcoVadis CSR performance evaluation questionnaire, all the Group's sites were awarded a silver medal.

Eco-responsibility: consumer expectations

According to the Digital Furniture Behaviour Barometer 2022: 38% of internet searches for mattresses are for French mattresses and 12% of searches for furniture are for "eco-responsible" products.

How do we calculate the environmental rating?

The internal database containing the nomenclatures of our products is linked to the IMPACTS database of ADEME (French Environment and Energy Management Agency) to supply the reference calculation tool set up by ADME: Eco-Meuble.
