Priscilla Kerdelhue, through her agency Scilla AD, has fully rethought this space, creating an atmosphere that is both timeless and decidedly contemporary.

Each room has been designed to satisfy the needs and aspirations of the future buyer, while reflecting the unique personality of the villa. By way of a grand finale, the bedrooms boast a modern design resulting in elegant restraint.
For this project, Scilla AD called upon internationally renowned partners to marry its expertise with that of prestigious brands, such as Treca, Ligne Roset and Vincent Mazenauer, selected for their artisanal savoir-faire, their timeless design and their irreproachable quality. Each item of furniture has been carefully selected to blend seamlessly into the whole and to create perfect visual harmony.
The Treca beds have been crafted to measure and are upholstered with signature fabrics from the exceptional designers Dedar and Pierre Frey. The first bed is upholstered using Margaritas Neutro fabric from Dedar, which evokes a flower painted using the techniques typical of 20th century American expressionism. The second bed has Big Bang fabric by Pierre Frey featuring an abstract pattern comprised of lines and marks in a metallic colour range, printed on cotton velour. The bedding is also by Tréca and rounds off the whole perfectly for dream-filled nights.
The collaboration with Kretz agency, globally renowned from the Netflix series The Agency, has also been decisive. Their expertise in the sale of top-end real estate assets has enabled us to implement an efficient presentation strategy and reach an exacting clientele.
