On 10 December 2024, Rolls Royce celebrated its 120th anniversary at a prestigious event at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. The exclusive event, held in the Great Hall, was attended by between 1,000 and 1,500 guests, including iconic figures from the world of luxury and excellence in craftsmanship.
Among the exceptional guests present, Treca and the Treca London Store had the honour of taking part in this celebration. Tréca unveiled an exceptional creation as a tribute to traditional craftsmanship and the values of elegance and refinement, highlighting its attachment to French craftsmanship.
A tribute to timeless luxury
Treca and Rolls Royce share the same quest for perfection: exceptional craftsmanship and attention to the smallest detail to deliver an unrivalled experience. To mark this unique occasion, the House presented the Auguste bed, a refined piece illustrating timeless elegance and absolute comfort.
Installed in a space carefully designed for the event, Treca drew the attention of the guests who came to discover this unique creation. The event, which began at 4pm, allowed guests to wander freely through the various presentations, facilitating exchanges and highlighting the expertise of each luxury house.
The Auguste bed, an exceptional piece
A symbol of French savoir-faire, the Auguste bed is the perfect embodiment of the Treca signature: a subtle blend of tradition and innovation. Its headboard, designed by the talented Charles Tassin, is distinguished by its graceful curves and sumptuous silver-thread tweed upholstery by the prestigious Maison Lesage.
A true signature of luxury and refinement, the tweed designed for this creation is a feat of precision and innovation, blending tradition and modernity through subtly woven silver threads. This unrivalled expertise, rooted in the history of Chanel's Métiers d'Art, gives the Auguste bed a unique presence, a symbol of the purest French craftsmanship. Every element of this bed has been designed to enhance comfort and aesthetics, in perfect harmony with the world of Rolls Royce.
A craft handed down from generation to generation
Since 1935, Treca Paris has been perpetuating a heritage of excellence, highlighting the meticulous work of its seamstresses and craftsmen. Each bed is a handcrafted work of art, with meticulous finishing and unrivalled attention to detail.
The event continued into the evening with the London Press Club Ball, which began at 7.30pm in the hall of Grosvenor House. In an elegant atmosphere conducive to networking, the guests, dressed in lounge suits and cocktail dresses, were able to socialise in luxurious surroundings.
More than ever, Treca Store London is the ambassador of French luxury in the UK, demonstrating its expertise and commitment to the most prestigious fashion houses.
