On 10 December 2024, Rolls Royce celebrated its 120th anniversary with a prestigious event at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. This exclusive event, which was held in the Great Room, brought together between 1,000 and 1,500 guests, including prominent figures in luxury and excellent craftsmanship.
Among the exceptional guests present, Treca and the Treca London Store had the honour of being part of this celebration. A veritable tribute to traditional savoir-faire and the values of elegance and refinement, Treca unveiled an exceptional creation, highlighting its commitment to French craftsmanship
A tribute to timeless luxury
Treca and Rolls Royce share a striving for perfection: their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to the tiniest of details make for an unparalleled experience. To mark this unique occasion, Treca presented the Auguste bed – a refined piece illustrating timeless elegance and absolute comfort.
Staged in a space that was carefully designed for the event, Treca attracted the attention of the guests, who came to find out about this unique creation. The event, which began at 4 pm, allowed guests to wander freely among the various installations, facilitating conversations and highlighting the savoir-faire of each luxury brand.
The Auguste bed, an exceptional piece
A symbol of French savoir-faire, the Auguste bed is the epitome of the Treca touch: a subtle alliance of tradition and innovation. Its headboard, designed by the talented Charles Tassin, stands out for its graceful curves and sumptuous tweed covering laced with silver threads, made by the prestigious Maison Lesage.
A true hallmark of luxury and refinement, the tweed designed for this creation is a feat of precision and innovation, blending tradition and modernity through its subtly woven silver threads. This unparalleled savoir-faire, rooted in the history of Chanel's Métiers d'Art, bestows on the Auguste bed a unique presence, a symbol of the purest French craftsmanship. Since 1935, Treca Paris has been perpetuating a legacy of excellence, showcasing the meticulous work of its couturiers and craftspeople. Each bed is a handcrafted work of art that is meticulously finished with unparalleled attention to detail.
The event continued into the evening with the London Press Club Ball, which began at 7.30 pm in the hall at Grosvenor House. In an elegant setting, ideal for networking, the guests, dressed in lounge suits and cocktail dresses, were able to converse in a luxurious environment. The Treca London Store is now, more than ever, an ambassador for French luxury in England, asserting its savoir-faire and commitment to the most prestigious brands.
