In order to pair Treca bed bases and headboards with timeless colours and materials, the teams worked creatively to choose a variety of fabrics that go perfectly with current bedroom styles, sober and delicate, and steeped in a beauty that transcends fashion trends and age.
For over 40 years, the French company Casamance, has created, edited and manufactured exceptional fabrics and wallpapers, all made with the finest natural materials and with utmost respect for the environment. The magic of its colours adorns its architectural spaces, giving expression to a truly French style. The designs, instilled with understated delicacy, can be tailored to all styles, boosting modern interiors and rejuvenating conventional spaces.

In this exclusive partnership, the Moderne Treca headboard has been adorned in Casamance’s Saline fabric. This fabric provides a gentle feel, an opulent drape, with washed and stone-washed finishes for a natural and stylish linen made in France. The covering reveals a more exuberant fabric, Suwabona, of iridescent embroidery, with bright, vibrant colours and made with a wide variety of thread. “Sawubona” is how African tribes in Natal greet each other. Much more than a simple “hello”, it's a greeting of respect, a valuable word that lets you shine a light on another's qualities, their undertones, their differences. The colours blend together on a cotton canvas in splendid hues and tones, symbolising the beauty of the gesture.
The end result evokes a journey to faraway lands of dreams and contemplation, an ode to dawn where colours are crystallised into one brilliant prism. The creation can be explored until the end of June 2024 exclusively in our Treca Place des Victoires Store, located at number 14 in the iconic Parisian square.
